I can certainly vouch for this man! I had the honor and privilege of working alongside him during the time he served on the Veterans Council at our local Veterans hospital here in middle Georgia. He is definitely a voice for Veterans, always putting others ahead of himself and will fight to the end to help those who are oppressed or have trouble navigating a cumbersome bureaucratic system to get the needed healthcare they so deserve.

To elect him would mean having a warrior, an advocate, a voice of integrity in office who speaks the truth, puts the people first, doesn’t play the politics game and speaks out without sugar coating it. Through his own lived experiences which he so eloquently outlined above, he is not one that will crumble under pressure or be “bought out” (bribed). Proud to have someone that’s in the race for cause and not money, glamour or prestige!!

Rusty was a brave combat solider in the United States Army, before being bitten in the back by a coral snake. Rusty isn’t just tough, but he is also very caring—as a Disabled Army Veteran, Rusty has helped over 800 Veterans get their VA Benefits and Social Security. He is a tirelessly worker and a problem solver who knows how to deliver for Indiana. What’s more important in helping past and present Veterans than a Veteran? Rusty Johnson is going to be a great Republican member of Congress, and has Indy News Media’s Complete and Total Endorsement!

Randy Swindle, Republican Candidate for Marion County Sheriff, has officially endorsed Rusty Johnson who is running to represent Indiana's 7th Congressional District in the U.S. House. Randy encourages the voters to get their vote in to support Rusty in the Republican Primary on May 3, 2022 and again this November 8, 2022 for the General Election.
